Hua Liang Financial Holding Limited (‘Hua Liang Financial’), established in October 2018, is a full licensed financial service provider regulated under SFC in Hong Kong. Our business scope covers: brokerage, virtual asset (“VA”), investment advisory, investment banking and asset management.

Besides, China Bureau of Financial Affairs of Foshan Shunde City (‘Bureau of Financial Affairs’) has issued a government support letter, to allow the company to set up Hua Liang Investment Management (Foshan) Limited in China Foshan. Also, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (Foshan) has issued a Special institution code for Hua Liang.
